When you sign up for 2Stay, you automatically get a 30-day free trial. A credit card is required to start your subscription, but you won't be charged for the first 30 days. After the trial period ends, your subscription will continue at $9.99/month per listing. You can cancel anytime during the trial or after without penalty.
No! Guests don't need to create an account or download any app. They simply use the unique booking URL or booking ID that you share with them. The information automatically unlocks 24 hours before check-in for security and convenience.
After creating a booking in your dashboard, 2Stay generates a unique, secure URL for that guest. You can share this URL via email, text message, or any messaging platform. The URL contains all the information organized in Check-In, During Stay, and Check-Out phases.
Yes! You can manage multiple listings from your dashboard. Each listing is $9.99/month, and you can add as many listings as you need. All your properties are organized in one easy-to-manage interface.
Absolutely. We use token-based access, which means each guest gets a unique, secure URL that only they can access. Guest information is encrypted and stored securely. Guests cannot access other bookings or your host account.
If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll lose access to the dashboard, but any guest URLs that were already shared will continue to work for their booked dates.
Yes! You have full control over what information to include in each phase (Check-In, During Stay, and Check-Out). You can add details about parking, WiFi passwords, house rules, local recommendations, check-out procedures, and much more.
