1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 2Stay ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

2Stay is a web application designed to help Airbnb hosts manage and share stay information with their guests. The Service allows hosts to organize property information, create guest access URLs, and manage bookings across three phases: Check-In, During Stay, and Check-Out.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Verify your email address as required
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account

4. Free Trial and Subscription

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. After the trial period:

• Trial subscriptions are limited to 1 listing maximum
• After the trial, you can subscribe to manage multiple listings
• Subscription fees are $9.99 per listing per month (monthly) or equivalent annual pricing
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant 2Stay a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your guests.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. 2Stay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 2Stay, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
